Shoutout to some dude on the Genius website for placing me onto this and also I assume being the first to uncover out, yet despite the second presidential speech part midmethod with this track not being sampled and being taped by Just Blaze, is actually a paraexpression from an obscure Cock Gregory political comedy collection. It's at 9:30 on YouTube on Cock Gregory - The Light Side:The Dark Side if you wanna hear it. I've likewise submitted it so hopetotally they don't reject ithttps://youtu.be/zBwHBOuUX-g?t=571

Azhar - Yeah the O.C interlude is the first to my understanding. The critical of 'Stay Real' actually came out some years before the Babsence Moon album additionally on a kind of unmain point that Evil Dee put out dubbed 'Bootcamp Beats'. The title was different however I forgain what it was off the top of my head. I think that was approximately 1998 / 99.

Tariq - Buckwild actually provided it lengthy prior to them both, if u scroll n examine the 'various other songs that sampled' little bit.

Dang Debco7, you beat me to it, yeh I copped "Decoded" too and was surprised to learn that was Blaze's voice cuz honestly I dont think I had ever before heard Just Blaze talk prior to other than his signature name drop at the start of his songs...

Debco7 shelp 10 years ago:

The second Speaking part on "Public Service Announcement" was NOT sampled (or taken from a movie), but was spoken by the Track's producer, Just Blaze (that by the way did the 1st speaking part as well). Like you, i had actually NO principle (before today) that Just bllaze contributed vocals to "Public Service Announcement". You'll uncover this information in Jay-Z's new book, "Decoded" on pages 28 & 29.

Debco7 shelp 10 years ago:

I Love the method that Jay-Zand/or Just Blaze sampled the piano and Organ melodies from "Little Boy Blues". Even though "Public Service Annoucement" does NOT have actually a hook/chorus, it's still a pretty excellent rap song, in my opinion.
